Oracle of the Week: 12 - 18 February 2024 - Embrace Transition

I have to admit, I was a little confused when this card appeared again, and although you’re not supposed to, I decided to re-shuffle and try again. Guess what? This is the definitive message we’re getting this week. It felt like just a little while ago that we’d received this message, so something powerful must be at play this week as we are reminded once more to visit…

6. – The Sacred Burial Temple: Embrace Transition

From the guidebook - the sacred meaning of this card:  Infinite lifetimes; infinite loves; connections through the veil; transitions; honouring life; understanding life; choosing closure; celebrating ancestors

We previously visited the Sacred Burial Temple as we were transitioning into the new year, letting the old die away, and welcoming the new. This place is all about the transition between life and death, death and re-birth, true… but it is also a place to visit when you want to connect with your ancestors, or with past versions of yourself that have died off as you’ve moved through the land of the living, and seek their guidance, their wisdom, or perhaps just to hold them close for support as we journey on.

That we’re here again tells us that we need to do some deep meditation and return to the deepest depths of the sea, back to this temple, perhaps to draw on the energies of our ancestors to enrich our present lives, or to make peace with where we are going right now. It is here, in this temple beneath the waves, that we can connect with those sacred souls who have gone before and seek their guidance as we move along our paths in our current reality.

So, my darlings, we are being asked, again, to dive into the deep and seek wisdom and connection to help us along our way.

For those of you just joining us on this journey, we are using Justine Serebrin's Sacred Sea Oracle: Dive into the Depths of Your Cosmic Soul.

This deck is absolutely stunning and is a perfect guide for us as we navigate 2024.
