Collection: Witch Balls

The history of the witch ball is a long and storied one.  Traditionally, witch balls (and witch bottles) were filled with rusty nails, hair and nail clippings, and bodily waste and hung in windows (usually eastern facing) to ward off or trap evil spirits.

Our witch balls are filled with less loathsome items - quartz and crystal points, moss, shells, dried herbs and flowers, sea glass chips, and more.  They're designed and crafted with the same intentions in mind - to trap or ward off evil spirits and influences - and to invite good into your home.

Our balls are made with either glass or acrylic - see the description under each listing.
